My wife just graduated with her Doctorate of Pharmacy from WSU and has accepted a position at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle. I have several transactions in escrow that I will be finishing up and will be in and out of the area throughout the summer.<br/><br/>We are excited to move back close to family, but sad to leave Coeur d&#8217;Alene. It has been a great place to live and I would like to thank everyone for their friendship over the past 5 years. In particular, I would like to thank Gary Schneidmiller for hiring me right out of college. I feel fortunate to have had the chance to work for Gary and am truly grateful for the experience.<br/><br/>We are now looking forward to the next chapter in our life. I have always joked that I would retire when Laura graduated. As great as that sounds, I will instead be starting a real estate technology company that will allow you to receive a personalized real estate news feed for neighborhoods that interest you. We plan to launch nationwide this fall.
