I wanted to take a moment to let you know that my wife and I will be moving to Seattle this summer. My wife just graduated with her Doctorate of Pharmacy from WSU and has accepted a position at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle. I have several transactions in escrow that I will be finishing up and will be in and out of the area throughout the summer.

We are excited to move back close to family, but sad to leave Coeur d’Alene. It has been a great place to live and I would like to thank everyone for their friendship over the past 5 years. In particular, I would like to thank Gary Schneidmiller for hiring me right out of college. I feel fortunate to have had the chance to work for Gary and am truly grateful for the experience.

We are now looking forward to the next chapter in our life. I have always joked that I would retire when Laura graduated. As great as that sounds, I will instead be starting a real estate technology company that will allow you to receive a personalized real estate news feed for neighborhoods that interest you.
